This is my first year at BritMums and as I live in Kent, I was going to travel up on both the days, but then the more I thought about it, I decided that it was probably better to get a hotel to stay in.
This is where Travelodge stepped in and offered me a room for 2 nights, so that I don't have to rush home after the event when I am tired. They also offered me a room for Kim to stay with Tilly, so that they can stay with me and then have a couple of days in London too. I am so grateful to Travelodge for this because I dont have the money to take Tilly on a holiday this year and weekend breaks is all I can afford.
I have worked with Travelodge in the past and we have been a regular visitor to their hotels for over 10 years. My kids grew up in travelodges and they are so handy to stay in at such a good price. You can even get breakfast added for £7.65* and kids eat free.
I will be staying in a hotel in central London, Close to the BritMums conference.
I know a few of the other bloggers will be staying there, so it will be nice for us all to be able to go back to the hotel and chill out after the event. I have stayed at travelodge before and I wrote about our experience here and here. We are real travelodge fans and are looking forward to our stay.
Thankyou to Travelodge for sponsoring our room, It made the difference between a weekend away for a family and not having a weekend away.
